- The Langetons request that the messuages that they claim in Berwick be granted to them to hold as they held them before together with the issues. They sued for them by petition in parliament at another time, and the messuages had been granted by the king to Glasham, and then reseized into the king's hand, and an inquisition was held into the matter to which the subsequent holder, Bishop, came as Glasham could not be warned.
