Seynt Micheil requests that the king will order his writ to his justices that they take the assize concerning land in Reban according to the law and custom of the land as he brought an assize of novel disseisin against St Michael, Haye and Vileirs at Castledermot but Passemer came for them and said that Richard de St Michael died seised of the lands and that they were taken into the king's hand because of the minority of Nichola de St Michael, Haye being escheator at the time, and they remained in his possession until the king granted the keeping to Exeter. Seynt Micheil states that he was not present at the inquisition taken after the death of Richard St Michael and that Nichola de St Michael, Haye and Vileirs disseised Richard de St Michael before his death, but that the justices refuse to take the assize and told him to pray to the king.
