Chefure requests a writ to the justices of the Bench to annul the outlawry made against him, as he has been disinherited of all his inheritance by the outlawry that was made before the justice of trailbaston assigned in Suffolk, as this was wrongly made against the common law as it was a simple trespass, and the justices will not annul it without the king's council.
