Fitz Reynald requests that it be ordained that she is not disturbed in her dower and that the justice be commanded to proceed in her suit that she brought by writ of dower against Charlton for the third part of the manor of Pontesbury which was a free tenement of her late husband, as Charlton answered that he held it by gift of the king and the justices have ceased the plea to her great damage.
