Cardeure requests remedy and aid of the court against the malice of Longstock and Ipswich who have maliciously conspired together in the matter of the will and testament of Kirkby. Kirkby died in London on the business of the mayor of Winchester, and the will was proved before Longstock who assigned Ipswich as coadjutor of the testament. He has spent all the money that he has in London and has engaged his [...], and the execution of the testament is delayed to the great peril of the people of Winchester to whom the testaments are devised.
