Nature of request
Josz requests that the lands in Dromiskin that Nicol, his predecessor leased to Rose Logan without licence of the king be granted to him. The lands were seized into the king's hand by the escheator because they were held of the king and were let without licence, and afterwards Logan died and the lands should revert to the petitioner.
