The petition is dated to c. 1310-1327 as the petition refers to John Page being the former forester, and his original grant seems to have been made in 35 Edw. I, with a further grant of the same to Page by Edward II on 8 July 1310. This petition is, consequently, dated to after 1310 but within the reign of Edward II.
