- Blakeney requests delivery of his cloth that he gave to Despenser at the fair of Boston to take with his cloth to the fair of St Giles, Winchester, as Despenser and the cloth were arrested by Clyvesby and Nesham at the complaint of certain strangers for debt that Despenser owed them. Despite challenges by the mayor of London, and the averment that the cloths belong to the petitioner's own chattels, they refuse [to deliver them].
