Cabiry requests remedy as Dyne by the abetment of Tailor came to Witham and took him and would not let him go at mainprise until they had imprisoned him at Lincoln where he made fine with the sheriff in 30s. until the next delivery, at which delivery he was taken and imprisoned [...] sheriff and his bailiffs from before the feast of St John the Baptist until before Michaelmas against the peace of the king to his damage of £100.
