[Petition in two parts:]1) Sefeld complains of the Bakon brothers who procured a charter of feoffment from Lovetot of lands, rents and the advowson of the church of Brampton, the which Lovetot had previously put the petitioner in good and peaceful seisin of a year or more before. Lovetot also came into the Bench and acknowledged Adam Bacon's rights though he knew of the petitioner's rights in disinheritance of the petitioner and in deceit of the court.2) [The petition is not very legible:] Sefeld complains that Adam Bacon came with many others and by force and arms and drove his beasts from the fields of Brampton.
