Fauconer requests that she can have her right in rent of free men that her grandfather died seised of in Thorpe, and which after his death were seized by the bailiffs of the earl of Cornwall of the honour of Oakham. The petitioner approached the earl for the rent but he died and the rent was seized into the king's hand.
Nature of endorsement
She should obtain for herself justice by the common law against the countess who holds Oakham with its appurtenances in dower etc.
