[The petition is damaged and not fully illegible and the full sense is difficult to discern].Waleys requests that he is able to approach his rent from a mill in Lilbourne which was to Master Henry [...] and those lands were in the hand of the king by which the petitioner [...] dare not make a distress because of the seisin of the king [...] the rent being in arrears.
