Nature of request
Bracebrigg' requests remedy as he has been falsely outlawed while absent in the king's service in Ireland, Gascony and in the war of Flanders of the death of Richard de Gaddesby. He was appealed of the death by Gene de Gaddesby and he surrendered to prison and the matter was to be heard before the eyre of the county when it came. It still has not come and he was released but was again appealed of the death in his absence to the disinheritance of his land.

The king is not able to make remedy except by grace of the chief lords.
