- Bukeler requests remedy and that the two inquisitions that passed for him against Stratton concerning an annual rent in Titburst can be delivered to someone able to give him a response as Rothbury returned them to the chancellor at the last parliament, and he returned them to the treasurer and barons of the Exchequer before whom he has sued continually without response.

- The petition is dated to c. 1290 as it is clearly in the aftermath of the fall of Adam de Stratton at this time, and must be a near contemporary of another petition by William de Stratton, brother of Adam trying to recover the same land (Rot. Parl., vol. I, p. 54a (no. 96)).
