[Petition in three parts:]1) Lyle requests grace against Aston, as damages were awarded against him before Thornton in favour of Corderay which were levied from him by the sheriff and fully paid to Corderay of which he has acquittance, but Aston has levied a further 40s from him by distress by which he is aggrieved.2) He complains of Ashton who has been wrongfully distraining him for sums contained in two writs of the Bench.3) He complains that the same sheriff for [...] that he has towards him, has made summons in [...] to the Bench where he is keeper of the Forest of the king to the great damage to the Forest of the King.
