Nature of request
Muncaster requests that his plea, adjourned from the Exchequer at Easter in the twentieth year of the reign [1292] until the present parliament, may be examined and expedited according to what is right.
Nature of endorsement
The reason why the judgment was adjourned until parliament was so as to have better advice and counsel from the justices and learned men in rendering judgment. And the treasurer and barons are now sufficiently advised for proceeding to judgment.
