[The petition is in poor condition with many portions being only partly illegible, and some parts being entirely illegible].The executors request that they be released from all the debts that they owe to king and to the executors of the king's father as they were granted this by a grant and ordinance by have been disturbed by a demand that they account in the Exchequer.

The king wishes that the executors of the earl named in the petition be chargeable to the king for all things due to him by the earl after [...] and ordinance made in the last parliament in the manner as it is contained [in their] petition and the schedule annexed to it.

Note
The petition is dated to c. 1429 as the earl of Salisbury died in 1428, and it seems likely that the parliament referred to is that held at Westminster in September 1429, and if it was not that it was presumably the parliament held at Westminster in January 1431.
