- The community request that they are able to bring and sue their case by point of their charters concerning their pasture for their beasts which the king's keepers will not suffer them to use though they were enfeoffed of it by the king's predecessors.

- Let this be sent to the treasurer and he should make the keepers come and also any of the burgesses who wish bring their charter before him, and they should inform him of the seisin and feoffment, and do justice.
