Nature of request
Kyningham requests remedy as he has been troubled to respond to the suit on the part of the king and against the prohibition of the king to his great damage. Rose was prohibited from suing against anyone for the king, but brought a suit against Kyningham before the treasurer and barons of the Exchequer to which he answered that he had disturbed the coroners of Norfolk in their office by command of the king concerning the bridge of Ludham.
