The abbot complains that he holds the fourth part of the fee of Stanwardine with its members which are in Shropshire in Pimhill Hundred, but the earl of Arundel holds the vills occupied outside of the county to his liberty of Oswestry which is in Welshry, from which he takes all manner of profits that pertain to the king against the king's estate and dignity.
