Verdun, Corbet and Heyr, lords of the manor of Bisley and the men there request remedy as although because of their liberty of Bisley they do not contribute to any fine made by the geldable people of the county, nor make any suit to the court of the sheriff of Gloucester, they are grievously distrained to contribute to the common fine made before Saham and his companions, justices in eyre in the county.
Nature of endorsement
Let this petition be sent to the treasurer and let him call the justices of both Benches just as in similar cases is elsewhere answered.
