A remedy is requested for Harrington as he made an agreement with the council at the parliament of Gloucester whereby Harrington paid 700 marks for the lands and tenements of Fulk Fitz Warren and the marriage of the heir and considering how he has been put to greater cost as the heir has grown older, and also the process against him in the Exchequer for the Queen for 70 marks because of the escheat of the marriage.
