Chuselden states that Burgh and Warde purchased the manor of Braunston and enfeoffed Hungerton and others with it to the use of Warde and his wife and their heirs, and that Anne is now his wife and Theobald Anne and he have always enjoyed the profits at the will of the feoffees until Norburgh entered the manor by the authority of the letters of the king. He requests that the feoffees be restored and that he and his wife can have their profits.
