- [The petition is damaged and much of the right-hand half of the petition is only partly legible, so that the full sense is not recoverable.]Regny requests that the treasurer and barons of the Exchequer are ordered to bring the record and process of pleas that Regny had against Clare for debts that he was bound to and to various London merchants, and that the debt be levied from his goods and chattels.[Further requests relating to the petitioner's attachment before the stewards and marshals].1)

- The king will order the treasurer and barons of the Exchequer that they should do justice of the matter contained within the petition.2) Because the treasurer and barons wish to have further deliberation upon this with the justices of the Bench, the petitioner is given a day in the quindene of Michaelmas when justice will be done.
