Copy of the charter of Ralph Pipard knight, granting to John and Emma de Kent the manor of Dysart for homage and service.
Nature of endorsement
John de Berwick and Geoffrey de Hartlepool examined the matter contained in the petition and referred what they found to the council.In the parliament at Westminster in Lent, 33 [Edw. I] it was answered to the widow that she should sue a writ to make the record and process come before the king, and sue there if she considers it expedient.

The charter is dated to 1305 as the response endorsed on the charter dates it to the parliament held in Quadragesima 33 [Edw. I] [1305]. The charter itself is dated in its dating clause to 27 March 1290 [18 Edw. I].
