- The abbot and convent request remedy as the king granted them free warren in all their demesne lands of Holmcultram as the Isle of Holmcultram were outside the forest by the perambulation, but now the boundary of the forest is altered and they are within it, since he has no repair for game except hares and foxes and the lands of the Isle of Holmcultram were outside of the regard, and no man has common there.
