Nature of request
Ry requests remedy and that he can have the common law against Langton as Ry brought a writ of novel disseisin against Fauconberge for a land in Marlborough but Langton took the land from Fauconberge and held it against the statute that no minister of the king should take nor maintain parties, and Langton by his power denied the petitioner recovery.
