- The brothers request that the brothers of Burton St Lazars be ousted from their possession of the hospital and that the brethren be allowed to enjoy their former possession as enjoyed at their first foundation by Queen Matilda, as since the hospital was taken into the king's hand by Hengham and custody given to the brothers, the brothers did not wish to maintain the hospital and the goods of the hospital misused.
