[The petition is missing a portion of its right-hand side which hampers the sense].The abbot requests that execution is made [...] granted and given at the parliament of Lincoln, and afterwards taken by Master Richard de Raleighe from the damages that he had in his woods and other possessions [...] mine of Devon, the which inquisition is delivered to the barons of the [Exchequer] [...] the aforesaid Master Richard and received by Kirkeby.
