Cestre requests that the king will grant him the office of the Maltolt of London and the palace of Westminster, or that he be clerk of the Exchange of the Tower of London for his service to the king and his father in their wars of Scotland, Flanders, and the siege of Berwick, as he has sold all his lands and tenements and other goods in their service.
