Herpisfeld requests remedy because when the Prior of St Bartholomew impleaded him concerning a tenement in London, Smelt empanelled men of the prior's affinity who, having been assured by Smelt that they could not be attainted in London, found against him. He also asks that these false jurors be attainted.
