Nature of request
Le Fiz Hugh requests remedy because the keeping of John FitzHugh's lands in Whittingham pertain to him while the son and heir is underage, but the King has kept him from this keeping for 15 years, to his damage of £100 yearly.

It is to be ordered by writ of the great seal that he appear before the Treasurer and Barons of the Exchequer regarding this plea, so that they may do justice to him as quickly as possible.
