Ditton requests remedy because over two years ago Stygeyn bought 11 tuns of red wine from him for £105 to be paid upon delivery, and when Stygeyn received the wine he resold it, paying nothing to Ditton. The council previously appointed arbiters to settle the dispute, who found Stygeyn to be at fault.
