Joan, widow of Ralph Basset, requests that the justices be ordered by writ to proceed with her plea against Alice by writ of dower concerning the third part of the manor of Loughborough, and to render justice. The justices will not proceed because Alice claimed that the King granted the manor to her and Beaumont.
