- The petition, which is probably by William de la Beche and Eumphemia, daughter and heir of Edmund Comyn, dates to c. 1320 when a writ of certiorari super vero valore was issued in response to a petition from Euphemia, married to Beche, seeking her purparty (CIPM, vol. VI, no.265).
