Nature of request
Writ of Edward III to Philip de Somerville, authorising him to receive the attorneys appointed to act for the Dean and Chapter of Lichfield in relation to their petition against the appointment of Hanyngfeld to the prebendary of Cannock, and to return their names.
Nature of endorsement
The Dean and Chapter of Lichfield appoint in their place Thomas de Chelmersford or Simon de Maydestane against Richard de Hanyngfeld for the plea mentioned in this writ.
