Thomas Roscelyn requests the restoration of issues from his manors of Walcott and Edgefield, taken into the king's hands due to his adherence to Thomas of Lancaster and given to Darcy, but which should have been restored to him under the terms of an ordinance made in the parliament held at Westminster after the king's coronation.
Nature of endorsement
Order the treasurer and barons that, having viewed the ordinance made regarding those formerly of the said party, they should do to Thomas whatever ought to be done according to the terms of the ordinance, not withstanding the gift made to John.
