Rode and Hovener, whose goods were arrested by Hanton and brought to Newcastle, request that a writ be sent to the mayor and bailiffs of Newcastle using the word 'arrest' instead of 'robbery' since it was found by inquisition that Hanton was not a robber as their last writ supposed but had arrested the goods, and so justice was not done.
