- Garcies Arnold de la Cassanye states that he has served the king and his father in the war in Gascony, and that for that service he has lost all his goods, lands and rents in Vianne, to an annual value of £15 sterling, from the time of the first war until now. He asks that the Constable of Bordeaux might be ordered to give him compensation for these losses of £15 annually, from the time of the first war until now, and that he might be paid this sum in future until he has recovered his land and his damages.
