- William (Guilhem) de Berryngues states that he was delivered the bailiwick of Salles, to hold for a year for a certain sum of money to be paid to the Constable of Bordeaux, but that it has been taken away from him and delivered to someone else, so that he feels very aggrieved. He asks that it might be given back to him to hold for a year, so that he does not lose by the king's service, and can recover his money.
