- Desirad, widow of Peter de Cabanes, states that her husband, whose executrix she is, lent £20 sterling to John de Ferers, formerly Seneschal of Gascony, for which she has letters patent sealed with his seal, and for the payment of which he obliged his goods and his heirs and executors. She asks that the sheriffs of Gloucestershire and Oxfordshire might be ordered to distrain his heirs and executors for this payment.
