Liege people of England and Gascony who have been robbed by the people of Flanders.

Nature of request
The king's liege people of England and Gascony who have been feloniously robbed by the people of Flanders, on land and sea within the king's realm and lordship, by their common assent and without declaration of war, as is contained in the process for arrests granted to them in full parliament, state that the Count of Flanders has often promised to redress these wrongs, as is contained in his indenture (?) to the king, but that he has done nothing, so that they are greatly delayed. They therefore request execution of these arrests without more delay. And they ask the king to charge his council and order his sergeants to uphold these things, to the king's honour and his people's profit.
