Nature of request
Burnet Emeryk states that he has lost his lands and goods in Mirambeau, and asks that he might have the lands belonging to Lady Esteise de la Launde and Fulk de Mastace her son, the king's enemies, in the honour of Bourg and Blaye, until he has recovered his own lands or until lands are surrendered on one side and the other and these lands are once more in the king's gift. He states that the lands are worth £10 sterling per annum, and states that he will pay the Constable of Bordeaux any surplus.
