Nature of request
William, Lord of Caumont in the Agenais, states that the people of Caumont and Blonoun are owed part of their wages for the keeping of the same places because of the war in Gascony. He requests letters to the Constable of Bordeaux to pay them these sums, for which they have sealed [bills] from the Constables of Bordeaux and warrants from Oliver de Ingham, formerly Seneschal of Gascony.
Nature of endorsement
The Constable of Bordeaux is to be ordered to account with them and to pay them what is found from the account to be due to them, as soon as he properly can.
