- Arnold William, Lord of Mauvezin, states that he entered into a pareage with the king, whereby he received the king into half what he had in the vicomte of Juliac and the king gave him half the bastide of Arouille with its appurtenances, which used to belong to Arnold William and his lineage because of the vicomte. The knights and inhabitants of the vicomte have done homage and given an oath of loyalty to the king, but the knights of Arouille have not yet done homage or given an oath to Arnold William. He requests a letter patent to the knights and all others who owe homage to him to do this, as is contained in the pareage.

- The pareage mentioned here, edited from m. 13 of C 61/16 in Roles Gascons, vol. II no.1033, is dated 2 June 1289. This petition would therefore seem to date from between then and the end of the reign of Edward I.
