- Peter Perge, clerk of the Seneschal of Gascony, states that he has remained in office throughout the period of the war in Gascony, in the king's father's time and his own, and has lost all his possessions in the town of Agen; and that the king has given him the scrivenerships of the 'assisiages' (a form of jurisdiction) of the Agenais, to hold at pleasure, in compensation. He asks that he might have them for term of life.
