- The Mayor, jurats and community of Bordeaux make two requests:1) They ask that all trespasses, crimes, disobediences and forfeitures against them, or against any individual from Bordeaux, that might belong in any way to the king or to his proctor, by reason of arrest, plaint, dissension, sentence or process of the king's ministers, between the people of the Agenais, Quercy and Albigeois on the one hand, and the Mayor, jurats and community of Bordeaux, or any individual from Bordeaux, on the other, might be heard in the king's court.2) They ask that all manner of markets and faults [r: fairs?] granted against them in the last three years might be repealed, as these grants were made without calling them or their proctor.
