Addressees
King.
Nature of request
Peter Calihou, Lord of Podensac, states that he, his brother and his ancestors have always loyally served the king and his ancestors, and that they are still ready to serve him. Before the wars in Gascony he had a plea in the court of France against the Lady of Tiran, who has so harassed him since the start of the war that he does not dare to come to court or to send an attorney. He asks the king to send his letters on his behalf to the King of France that the plea and everything that is between him and the Lady might be returned to the state it was in before the war, and at the time when the Earl of Kent came to Paris; and that he might then answer through his attorney. He also asks that he might have Bussac by the king's letters.

The messengers who will go to the Paris parlement are to be charged with this business among others that touch the Duchy.
