- Executors of the testament of John de Sanct Johan (St John) of Basing, who died in the king's debt, as is claimed, ask that the expenses of his burial might be allowed to them according to reason and justice.

- The Treasurer and Barons of the Exchequer are to be ordered that notwithstanding that the goods and chattels that belonged to John de Sanct Johan have been taken into the king's hand for the debts that he owed him, an allowance should be made to the executors in the same goods for the reasonable costs that they incurred for his burial.
