- Grimoard Cardoun of Villeneuve-sur-Lot states that when he was bringing his wines to London the Flemings robbed him in the downs near Sandwich, and carried the stolen wine off to Flanders. The late king granted him a writ of arrest against them, and he asks the king to grant a similar writ against these people, wherever they can be found within his power, both in England and overseas, until he is given satisfaction.

- CCR 1318-23 p.259 is dated 27 August 1320 and p.399 is dated 25 August 1321, and would seem to be the arrest ordered in 15 Edward II mentioned here. This petition therefore dates to the beginning of the reign of Edward III.
